“What lawyers will notice right away is everybody’s wearing a mask and everybody has to speak a little more clearly, and there’s plexiglass everywhere,” said Chief Judge Penny Haas Freesemann of the Eastern Judicial Circuit, which is comprised solely of Chatham County.
