While announcing that the Georgia bar exam set for July 27 and 28 would be administered remotely, for the third time, Supreme Court of Georgia Chief Justice Harold Melton also revealed plans to sign an order creating a Georgia Lawyer Competency Task Force.

When nearly 1,000 applicants take the Georgia bar exam this summer, they'll do so remotely.
It's one of the ongoing changes in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which might also see officials reconsider the way they evaluate attorney competency.
