Georgia’s Asian American bar groups are spearheading a two-pronged fundraising initiative in response to the March 16 spa mass-shootings, where six of eight people shot dead were Asian American.

The initiative establishes a local fund to aid the Atlanta victims and a national fund to combat hate crimes against Asian Americans and provide financial assistance to other victims. Contributions to both are tax-deductible.
