Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough and Dickinson Wright are the latest Am Law 200 firms to hire their first dedicated diversity equity and inclusion directors, a position becoming standard in Big Law in the wake of the racial justice protests.

He most recently served as an assistant director of recruitment and outreach at the University of Illinois at Chicago John Marshall Law School.
