The lawyers for the parents of a young man killed when the moving van he was riding in crashed in the north Georgia mountains said they had to engage in some detective work find out who actually owned and insured the company at the heart of the case.
Their sleuthing paid off this month with a $750,000 settlement for their clients, said Jeb Butler and Graham Roberts of Atlanta's Butler Law Firm.
