Jeff Harris of Harris Lowry Manton of Atlanta and Savannah has filed a wrongful death lawsuit in DeKalb County State court on behalf of a man whose wife died from a snakebite.
The defendants are Southeast Georgia Health System's Brunswick campus, plus Atlanta's Grady Memorial Hospital and Emory University, along with several doctors.
