With his first two weeks under his belt, or rather robe, Judge Timothy C. Batten Sr. is busy getting acclimated as the new chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

From handling administrative issues within the marshal’s office to juggling challenges within the probation sector, Batten said he hit the ground running.
