Prosecutors have subpoenaed a Georgia campaign attorney to testify before a grand jury—not once, but twice—in the federal investigation of a client who'd formerly sought public office.
And the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit has allowed the move, rejecting arguments of attorney-client privilege.
