The latest episode in pro-Trump attorney Lin Wood’s legal drama, guest-starring the State Bar of Georgia, features a blow from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, which dismissed Wood’s appeal.

Wood had been appealing the U.S District Court for the Northern District of Georgia’s decision to toss his lawsuit against the State Bar of Georgia. He alleged members of the disciplinary board violated his rights by stipulating he undergo a mental health evaluation, or face “further proceedings under Bar Rules,” including potential emergency license suspension.
