Far from all firm leaders have made up their minds on vaccine mandates. Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers’ hesitancy to impose a vaccine mandate highlights what is still a large portion of the legal industry’s stance.

“We are hesitant about that,” partner Mike Rosetti said about vaccine requirements. “We’re not yet ready to mandate it or mandate multiple tests per week, as I know other businesses are doing. I think on some level, depending on how the data unfolds and how public policy unfolds, we may revisit that decision, but for now, I think we’re holding tight that we’re not ready to mandate it.”
