InsuranceBaker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz filed a complaint for interpleader on behalf of Transamerica Monday in Georgia Southern District Court. The action seeks to determine the proper beneficiaries of a life insurance policy. Counsel have not yet appeared for the claimants. The case is 6:21-cv-00060, Transamerica Life Insurance Company v. Sizemore et al.
