Morrison & Foerster and Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial filed a trade secret lawsuit Friday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of RoadSync Inc., a provider of payment software for the logistics industry. The suit accuses RoadSync co-founders Spencer Barkoff and James Ryan Droege of misappropriating confidential information in order to launch a competing company, Relay Payments. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-03420, RoadSync, Inc. v. Relay Payments, Inc. et al.
