A $1 million settlement agreement has been reached in Gwinnett County State Court the in wrongful death case of Kap Sung Suh, a man who died after being hit by a box truck driven by Christopher Bowen while walking across Chastain Road, at its intersection with Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw. Darren M. Tobin and Randal Frye, both of the Tobin Injury Law, represented Suh. Ashley D. Alfons of Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers LLP represented the defendant, Bowen, and RHA LLC AKA Reliable Heating & Air.

The case is Chung Ok Choi, Personal Representative of the Estate of Kap Sung Suh v. Christopher Bowen and RHA LLC AKA Reliable Heating & Air, No. 20-C-05730-S5.
