A citizen journalist and blogger arrested after shooting video at the Marshallville City Hall in 2019 has finalized the second of two settlements totaling $95,000 with the city and Macon County, where he was booked into jail after his arrest. 

In addition to the payments to Kennon Dunn, the Middle Georgia city and county both agreed to institute training and policy changes for their officers and to ensure that Open Records Act requests are handled in accordance with Georgia law.
