An aspiring mixed martial arts fighter hit by a car while riding his motorcycle to a workout has settled his claims for $4 million, his lawyers said Friday.

The agreement resolves a lawsuit filed by Brandon Priest against Daiki Corp. and its driver, according to plaintiffs lawyers Darren Tobin of Tobin Injury Law and Randy Fry of the Fry Law Firm.
