Counsel at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers on Thursday removed a product liability lawsuit against General Motors to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by McMahan Law Firm and attorney Joseph H. King Jr., pertains to an alleged airbag malfunction in a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. The case is 1:21-cv-03743, Lankford v. General Motors LLC.
