Counsel at Hall Booth Smith on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against Action Resources Inc., Harold Kemp and Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Colom and Brant, Trial Attorneys on behalf of Kevin Russell. The case is 3:21-cv-00158, Russell v.
