Attorneys at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers on Friday removed an insurance lawsuit against State Farm Fire and Casualty Co., David K. Christie Insurance Agency Inc. and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, which pertains to a State Farm boat owner's policy, was filed by Andrew W. Holliday P.C. on behalf of Freddie L. Scott. The case is 3:21-cv-00159, Scott v. David K. Christie Insurance Agency, Inc. et al.
