Morris Manning & Martin has hired Michael Young from Alston & Bird to chair the firm’s privacy  and cybersecurity practice, as data privacy remains a growing need for clients across the country. Young, a former computer programmer who was counsel at Alston & Bird, joins as a partner.

“I’m strongly committed to providing real value to clients. It became clear to me that Morris, Manning & Martin shared those values. It was just a natural fit,” Young said. “Together, we’re committed to helping clients solve difficult legal problems in a practical way.”
