The suit, filed by Pridgen Bassett Law on behalf of Bobby Kennedy, pursues claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act on behalf of an individual employed by defendant as a depot manager. The case is 1:21-cv-04143, Kennedy v. NuCo2 Inc.
