Beasley Allen Crow Methvin Portis & Miles and DiCello Levitt Gutzler filed a product liability lawsuit Friday in Georgia Northern District Court against General Motors. The complaint contends that 2011 to 2014 model Chevrolet and GMC vehicles have defective engines. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-04174, Nalley v. General Motors LLC.
