After a failed litigation battle over an open seat on the Georgia Supreme Court, former Georgia state Rep. Beth Beskin is joining Ichter Davis as of counsel with a focus on family law and business litigation.

Beskin, who has spent the majority of the past year and a half on a self-imposed sabbatical, coinciding with the pandemic, was drawn to Ichter Davis through her relationship with the firm’s managing partner, Cary Ichter. The two worked together on a mandamus lawsuit connected to Beskin’s effort to run for the state’s high court.
