Auto-Owners Insurance filed a declaratory judgment against R & S Towing & Repair Inc., Daniel D. Holloway and other defendants Monday in Georgia Northern District Court over an insurance coverage dispute. The suit, filed by Kendall | Mandell, seeks a judgment of no duty to defend or indemnify Holloway. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-04419, Auto-Owners Insurance Company v. Collins et al.
