A dispute over how many trials should be held and where they should take place after the rape of a Georgia woman at a public transit center has been decided on appeal.

The Georgia Court of Appeals has reversed a DeKalb County State Court order that transferred some of plaintiff Kendra Mallard’s claims to Fulton County Superior Court, following Mallard’s  abduction at gunpoint from and subsequent rape outside a Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority station in Decatur.
