The testy litigation between conservative firebrand lawyer L. Lin Wood and the former firm partners suing him for breach of contract heated up anew recently, with the plaintiffs asking a Fulton County Judge to sanction Wood for “directly lying to this court” in a discovery dispute involving several key emails Wood is accused of hiding.

Wood’s lawyer said that there was no legal basis for sanctions.
