As Atlanta law firms adapt to a largely hybrid workplace, the real estate market has remained incredibly busy with several firms looking to reconfigure their current workspaces.

“I’ve been doing this for almost 37 years, and the market is probably the busiest I’ve ever seen it,” said Smith, Gambrell & Russell partner Bill Rogers, who heads the firm’s real estate practice group. His firm relocated its Atlanta headquarters in September, taking five floors in a new mixed-use development in Midtown Atlanta.
