A Georgia federal judge awarded more than $630,000 to a woman injured when the subcompact car in which she was a passenger was rear-ended by a FedEx tractor-trailer on Interstate 75 in Henry County after midnight in 2017.
Judge Amy Totenberg of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia conducted a one-day bench trial in June and filed her order awarding the judgment on Monday.
