A federal judge in Atlanta has refused to throw out a lawsuit by Georgia-based investment banking and financial services company claiming it is owed more than $2.3 million in referral fees from a company that operates a blockchain-based online shopping mall, which allegedly reaped $23 million in investment capital from investors the plaintiff provided.  

FT Global Capital Inc. is a Securities Exchange Commission-registered broker-dealer that, according to its filings, is primarily engaged in raising capital for American and Chinese companies publicly listed on U.S. stock exchanges.
