Boston Scientific, a manufacturer of medical devices, was hit with a product liability lawsuit Monday in Georgia Middle District Court over its Solyx Sling surgical mesh product. The court action was filed by Wagstaff & Cartmell and Bey & Associates on behalf of Candace Collins. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-00207, Collins v. Boston Scientific Corporation.
