Counsel at Fisher & Phillips on Thursday removed an employment lawsuit against Rollins, the pest control company, to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Derrica Merritt, a former telesales agent who alleges that Rollins unlawfully failed to pay her sick rate and benefits during her maternity leave. The case is 1:21-cv-04771, Merritt v. Rollins Inc.
