Freeman, Mathis & Gary on Thursday removed a civil rights lawsuit against Clayton County, Georgia’s commission and community development director to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. The suit was filed by Webb, Klase & Lemond on behalf of The Betty Company of Georgia Inc., which is disputing the county’s zoning decisions on replacement of an existing billboard. The case is 1:21-cv-04775, The Betty Company of Georgia Inc. v. Clayton County Board of Commissioners et al.
