Lawyers at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers on Thursday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Auto-Owners Insurance to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, which pertains to a disputed property damage claim, was filed by McDonald Law Firm on behalf of North Village Condominium Association Inc. The case is 1:21-cv-04776, North Village Condominium Association Inc. v. Auto-Owners Insurance Company.
