About $110 million in federal grant money remains untouched, as time ticks down for Georgia's 50 judicial circuits and two appellate courts to apply for funding under the American Rescue Plan Act.
As of Tuesday, Supreme Court of Georgia Presiding Justice Michael Boggs said no grant applications had been received, despite the impending Nov. 30 judicial grant application deadline.
