Attorneys at Barnes & Thornburg on Nov. 22 removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Arthur H. Haer to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Jones Walker on behalf of General Business Solutions Inc. d/b/a Custom Graphics Printing and its majority owner Paul C. Parker, accuses Haer of knowingly selling 46 percent of his Custom Graphics shares to Parker for approximately $2.5 million, while the company owed the IRS $472,000, and seeks a reimbursement of attorneys' fees. The case is 1:21-cv-04808, Parker et al v. Haer.
