Goodman McGuffey on Monday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Dollar Tree and ABC Corps 1-2 to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit over a hand injury from a shopping cart mishap was filed by the Strong Law Firm on behalf of Dr. Cacelia Bryant. The case is 1:21-cv-04868, Bryant v. Dollar Tree Stores Inc. et al.
