Creditors' and Debtors' RightsEquifax and TransUnion were sued Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The lawsuit was brought by Smith, Welch, Webb & White on behalf of Lisa Gardner. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-04940, Gardner v. Equifax Information Services LLC et al.
