Hall Booth Smith partners John E. Hall Jr. and Beth W. Kanik have entered appearances for prison health care contractor Naphcare Inc. in a pending civil rights lawsuit. The suit, filed Oct. 20 in Georgia Northern District Court by Isenberg & Hewitt, pertains to the arrest and treatment of a mentally ill inmate. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Steve C. Jones, is 1:21-cv-04365, Watkins v. City of Covington, Georgia et al.
