Becton Dickinson, a medical device maker, was hit with a personal injury lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court. The lawsuit was brought by Edelson PC and Cook & Connelly on behalf of Linda Anthony. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-05051, Anthony v. Becton, Dickinson and Company.
