Becton Dickinson, a medical device maker, was hit with a personal injury lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court. The lawsuit over emissions of ethylene oxide during medical sterilizations was brought by Edelson and Cook & Connelly on behalf of Clara Jordan. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-05052, Jordan v. Becton, Dickinson and Co.
