Updates have been made to eligible expense categories for courts looking to secure their share of millions of dollars in federal funding allotted for Georgia’s judicial backlog.

Ranging from diversion programs to personnel pay, judicial expense categories for the state’s $110 million American Rescue Plan Act funding allocation that had been pending have been decided by the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget.
