Drivers who've returned to their cars after shopping or dining out only to find them sporting a clunky iron boot and a notice that it'll take some cash—sometimes a lot of cash—to get back on the road may take some solace in a Georgia Supreme Court ruling that greenlights a class action against the owner of a Decatur shopping center accused of having hundreds of vehicles booted illegally.
