Lawyers at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers on Tuesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against State Farm Fire & Casualty Company to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, for alleged property damage claims arising under a business owner's insurance policy, was filed by Weinstein & Black on behalf of Maison Rouge. The case is 1:21-cv-05294, Maison Rouge, LLC v. State Farm Fire & Casualty Company.
