Creditors' and Debtors' RightsEquifax was sued Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The court case was filed by the Price Law Group on behalf of Jenae Maria Galyes. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:21-cv-00250, Galyes v. Equifax Information Services, LLC.
