Employment LawMorgan & Morgan filed an employment lawsuit Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court against Merchandising Solutions Group Inc. The suit brings claims on behalf of Christopher and Lauren Thompson, who contend that they were misclassified as independent contractors and wrongly denied overtime compensation. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-05313, Thompson et al v. Merchandising Solutions Group, Inc.
