Counsel at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders on Wednesday removed a class action against American Teleconferencing Services Ltd. to Georgia Northern District Court. The action, filed by Morgan & Morgan, accuses American Teleconferencing of unilaterally breaching a severance agreement for contracted salaried employees. The case is 1:22-cv-00030, Baker v. American Teleconferencing Services, Ltd.
