ConstructionCincinnati Financial and Leebcor Services were sued Tuesday in Georgia Middle District Court for claims under the Miller Act, which protects subcontractors and suppliers on federal construction projects. The lawsuit was brought Stone & Bellus on behalf of Bonitz Inc. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:22-cv-00013, Bonitz Inc. v. Leebcor Services LLC et al.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
