The Supreme Court of Georgia held remote oral arguments Wednesday to hear former Atlanta attorney Claud Lee "Tex" McIver III's sentencing appeal.
It came more than three years after a Fulton County Superior Court judge sentenced McIver to a parolable life sentence for the 2016 shooting death of McIver's wife, Diane.
