Controversial Atlanta attorney Lin Wood shouldn’t have had his pro hac vice admission to a Delaware court revoked last year, the state’s Supreme Court ruled Wednesday.

The court found Superior Court Judge Craig Karsnitz’s decision to rescind Wood’s admission to represent a plaintiff in a defamation case overstepped the court’s discretionary standards, veering into attacks on Wood’s character.
