Jones Day removed a product liability lawsuit against Parker-Hannifin, which makes industrial components and materials, to Georgia Middle District Court on Friday. The suit was filed by Warshauer Law Group on behalf of Mary Francis Matichak and Stephen Michael Matichak. The case is 3:22-cv-00010, Matichak et al v. Parker-Hannifin Corporation.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
