A pair of Georgia court administrators are back in the hot seat in a case of first impression.
A complaint against them made its way on reversal and remand from the high court, which found a Fulton County trial judge was wrong to impose her own immunity grounds for dismissing a wrongly arrested plaintiff's suit against the two government officials.
